Aprilia RS 457 2024
Inspired on the RS 660, the all-new 2024 Aprilia RS 457 runs liquid-cooled parallel-Twin. Although Aprilia is saying the DOHC, 4-valves-per-cylinder engine puts out 47 horsepower and has a dry weight of 350 lb, specifications have yet to be revealed by the business; the engine is most likely 457cc.
Three riding modes, throttle-by- wire, 41mm fork with 4.7 inches of travel and rear shock with 5.1 inches of travel equip the Aprilia RS 457. Stopping power derives from a single radial-mount 4-piston caliper pinching a 320mm disc up front and a 1-piston caliper pinching a 220mm disc out back and standard dual-mode ABS. An optional item is an up/down quickshifter.
The Aprilia RS 457 MSRP for 2024 is $6,799; motorcycles are slated to arrive at showrooms in the spring.
2024 BMW CE 01
Designed for future generations of city people, the 2024 BMW CE 02 falls between an electric bike and an electric scooter. Aimed to satisfy criteria for the AM driving license class offered to younger riders in Germany and other European nations, the BMW CE 02 comes in two variants: an 11 kW (15 hp) version and a 4kW (5 hp) version. Standard CE 02 comes with an external charger with a charging capability of 0.9 kW; it may be charged using regular home connections. Its two riding modes are an inverted telescopic fork with 4.6 inches of travel up front and a single-sided swingarm with an adjustable shock absorber with 2.2 inches of travel in the back.
For $7,599 Cosmic Black has the 2024 BMW CE 02. Comprising the Cosmic Black 2 palette with teal and white accents and graphics, the Highline options package an extra $875.
2024 BMW F 900 GS & Adventure
Featuring the parallel-Twin debuted in 2018 for the F 850 GS, the 2024 BMW F 900 GS and GS Adventure motorcycles have been pushed up from 853cc to 895cc, with a 270/450 degree firing interval, and boast 105 horsepower. Along with Dynamic Traction Control DTC, cornering-optimized ABS Pro, and the dynamic brake light, the revised GS models have Rain and Road ride modes as standard along with optional “Pro” ride modes.
Standard on the motorcycles is an adjustable gearshift lever; the F 900 GS has lower footpegs and a taller handlebar in addition to a new foot brake lever positioned higher than its F 850 GS predecessor. The F 900 GS is also over 19 lb lighter than its predecessor via many redesigns.
Starting at $13,495, the BMW F 900 GS comes in Base Black Storm Metallic / Mineral Grey Matte Bronze either Style Passion or Style GS Trophy. For $14, 195 the BMW F 900 GS Adventure comes in Black Storm Metallic or Style Ride Pro.
BMWs F 800 GS 2024
Though it has been pushed up from 853cc to 895cc and has a 270/450 degree firing interval, the 2024 BMW F 800 GS incorporates the parallel-Twin debuted in 2018 for the F 850 GS. Along with Dynamic Traction Control DTC, cornering-optimized ABS Pro, and the dynamic brake light, the revised F 800 GS has Rain and Road ride modes as standard along with optional “Pro” riding modes.
Standard of the bike are full LED illumination and an adjustable shifting lever. The former analog display was replaced with a 6.5-inch TFT one.
Starting at $10,495 the BMW F 800 GS comes in Light White, Style Sport, or Style Triple Black.
2020 BMW M 1000 XR
The 2024 BMW M 1000 XR is the most recent entry to BMW Motorrad’s “M” range. Driven by the 999cc inline-Four engine from the S 1000 RR with BMW ShiftCam technology for adjusting the timing and valve lift, the M 1000 XR claims 200 horsepower and a peak speed of around 174 mph. Along with the M winglets, which generate downforce for increased stability and less front wheel lift, it shares the M brakes of the M 1000 RR and M 1000 R. Starting at $24,990, the 2024 BMW M 1000 XR is Light White or Blackstorm Metallic.
2021 BMW R 12
One of two motorcycles replacing the departing R nineT, the new cruiser-styled 2024 BMW R 12 has the same air/oil-cooled 1,170cc flat-opposed Twin with DOHC found in the R nineT; see here. Unlike the R nineT, the R twelve has a redesigned twin pipe exhaust system and an airbox now placed beneath the seat. Along with a new one-piece trellis steel main frame to replace the former two-piece frame Dual front disc brakes, a Paralever rear suspension system, and two ride modes—Roll and Rock—define the R 12. BMW R 12 nine-year 2024
The successor of the R nineT, the 2024 BMW R 12 nineT has many traits with the R nineT chassis but boasts improvements and a more traditional look. Though having a more traditional look than its predecessor, especially with the tank form, seat, and side covers, the bike has the same air/oil-cooled 2-cylinder 1,170cc boxer engine as the preceding R nineT. BMW argues that modular architecture and traditional appearance also provide greater options for personalizing. The bike will also include a front fender, updated exhaust and intake systems, Second half of 2023 should provide more specifics on the BMW R 12 nineT. Pricing begins at $16,295.
